In October, 2024, BGGA was awarded funding through the Regional Economic Futures Fund to build a business case, feasibility study and pilot processing plant to convert the region’s reject produce into value-added products.
As part of the business case development we are seeking data on regional produce volumes. This information will remain strictly anonymous and will be used collectively to determine feedstock availability for the multiple commodities grown in our region.
