Introduction The ‘Community Stewardship Award’ recognises an individual, agribusiness, or industry body that has demonstrated a strong commitment to community stewardship in North Queensland’s agricultural sector.(Mackay to Hinchinbrook). Whether through environmental initiatives, workforce development, social responsibility, or community engagement, this nominee goes beyond their core business to make a positive and lasting impact on their local community. Judging Nominations are judged by an independent panel, with members to be confirmed closer to the event. Judges will be selected to ensure fairness, integrity, and a strong understanding of North Queensland’s agriculture sector. Judging will be based on the merit of the nominations received and any subsequent information as requested. The independent judging panel’s decision will be final. Important Information for Applicants Before submitting your application, please ensure you have completed all sections of this form and addressed each of the criteria thoroughly. Entries will be assessed on the strength of your responses to the questions below and on the quality and relevance any supporting material provided. You are invited to nominate yourself or your business, or to put forward another individual or business you believe has made a valuable contribution to North Queensland agriculture.
