Home Hill High School students are eager to gain hands-on experience in your agriculture business! These Year 10–12 students (aged 15 to 18) are looking for opportunities to work on farm or in the agriculture supply chain, whether for a one-week placement or ongoing work experience throughout the year.
Hill State High School, under the leadership of Agriculture Science teacher Louise Nicholas, is setting the benchmark for agricultural studies in the Burdekin region. With a hands-on approach and a deep commitment to student learning, Louise and her students are actively engaged in real-world farming practices at the school, equipping them with valuable skills for careers in agriculture.
