The NQ Ag Workforce Forum provided a valuable opportunity to bring together industry, government and workforce stakeholders to discuss key challenges and solutions for the agricultural workforce.

The forum brought together a strong mix of growers, peak bodies, government representatives and training organisations, creating a space for open, practical and solutions-focused discussion. The program was well received, with presentations and panel discussions covering key issues including labour availability, workforce pathways, skills development, and workplace practices. Attendees particularly valued the opportunity to hear diverse perspectives and gain insight into both current initiatives and emerging approaches being implemented across the sector.
